There is no minimum, but we are seeking to acquire portfolios of assets and not one-off properties.
Our focus has historically been in the Southeast, but we are willing to expand into other markets where the opportunity makes economic sense.

Since 2016 we have acquired over 250 properties and over 8,000 units.

We have perfected the transfer and assignment of GP and LP interests with numerous state housing agencies, HUD, RD, syndicators, and lenders.

Each transaction will have different nuances depending on state and federal agencies, syndicators and lenders involved, but a 6-9 month time frame is realistic.
