Bulls Creek is a 57 unit apartment home development for families located West of Ashley River in Charleston, SC. The property is convenient to groceries, employment, shopping, transportation, parks and all the amenities and charm Charleston offers. One five story building will contain 7 one bedroom units, 36 two bedroom units, and 15 three bedroom units all accessed by elevator. A combination of Federal and State Tax Credits and City of Charleston funds allows the development to be 100% affordable with 20% of the development targeting 50% AMI, with the remaining units targeting 60% AMI.
