Poland Hill Senior Apartments is a community, unlike so many other dwellings in the N. Virginia area. The tranquility is unreal in a beautiful quiet location. The cleanness of the property, ample parking, wonderful tenants, and excellent staffing make PHSA a must-see development. Finally, Ms Tyler is such a “Smooth Operator” going above the call of duty to ensure the tenants at PHSA concerns are addressed to the fullest extent. She is kind, polite, supportive, very informative with 100% accurate information and communication. She definitely gets the job done and done correctly in a timely manner. I wish all leasing staff could demonstrate the quality of Ms Tyler’s leasing expertise and experience; all the while wearing a smile performing and supporting the tenants. I was not a computer-friendly individual. However, Ms Tyler was so patient with me during my application process that it made no sense. She is like none other. We found Poland Hill Senior Apartments through the South Riding community page on Facebook. We had been searching for a place to live for about a year. Our biggest need was the ability to move in with our dog. That, combined with the fact that Loudoun County is the richest county in the United States, made our search very difficult. We needed to stay near South Riding to be close to family. We were very happy to discover this building. It’s located in a beautiful area, close to all our normal amenities, and because the entire community is 55+, it’s very quiet. Keante Tyler was instrumental in getting our application completed and submitted. She has been very helpful since we moved in and we are very thankful for her continued help.
