Each year, Fitch Irick invests in initiatives that support the well-being of families and individuals across the communities we serve. This holiday season, that commitment is reflected in two meaningful efforts: the annual Season of Giving Toy Drive and the successful completion of our company-wide Coat Drive.
The Season of Giving Toy Drive continues a long-standing tradition of helping bring joy to children during the holidays. By coordinating donations across regions and properties, the initiative allows Fitch Irick teams to help brighten the season for families who may be facing financial challenges. The impact extends beyond the gifts themselves—it reinforces a culture of care and community support that guides our mission year-round.
Our recently concluded Coat Drive also demonstrated this commitment in action. Employees collected a variety of new and gently used coats for adults and children, all of which were donated to the Salvation Army. These donations will support individuals and families as temperatures drop, offering warmth and comfort when it’s needed most.
Both initiatives highlight the powerful role housing organizations can play in community stewardship. By building strong partnerships and encouraging participation across teams, Fitch Irick continues to support the broader ecosystems surrounding our properties—strengthening neighborhoods and uplifting residents beyond the walls of our communities.
As the holiday season continues, Fitch Irick remains dedicated to supporting meaningful causes that reflect our values, reinforce our mission, and bring people together.
