Affordable Housing leader Flatiron Partners LLC in partnership with Windy Hill Foundation celebrated the Grand Opening of Heronview Apartments in Sterling, VA on May 9th, 2019. Over 60 people attended the event including Senator Jennifer Boysko, Loudoun County Chair Phyllis Randall, and County Supervisor Ron Meyer as well as new residents of Heronview.

About Heronview: A joint-partnership between Windy Hill Foundation and Flatiron Partners, Heronview will provide 96 units of affordable and workforce housing in the mixed-use development of Kincora located in the heart of Loudoun County. Heronview will offer spacious, energy efficient one, two-and three-bedroom apartment homes. Floorplans include both garden style and townhomes. Heronview amenities will include a smoke-free community, 24-hour fitness center, social gathering spaces, a community laundry room, computer lab, and on-site property management. In addition to the onsite amenities, Heronview residents will have access to all Kincora has to offer including miles of winding nature trails along the Broad Run.
