Through Fitch Irick Cares, our team recently volunteered with Nourish Up in Charlotte, NC, supporting neighbors through hands-on outreach at their warehouse. These service days brought employees together around a shared goal: helping Nourish Up move essential food resources efficiently to individuals and families across the community.

Serving Charlotte Through Meaningful, Hands-On Work
During the volunteer shifts, our team stepped into a fast-moving, team-oriented process that plays a direct role in supporting households week to week. Volunteers worked side by side to:
- Sort food donations
- Pack orders for Client Choice pantries
- Assemble 7-day grocery supply boxes in an assembly-style line
Every task helped Nourish Up prepare resources that can make a real difference for neighbors who need additional support.
