The Windy Hill Foundation and Flatiron Partners have announced the opening of Heronview Apartments, an affordable housing development located in the new Kincora planned community near the convergence of Route 28 and Route 7 in Sterling, according to foundation officials.
A joint-partnership between Windy Hill Foundation and Flatiron Partners, Heronview will provide 96 units of affordable and workforce housing a few miles north of Dulles Airport. Heronview will offer energy-efficient one-,two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. Floor plans include both garden-style and townhomes.
